Social Media Marketing Agency in Dallas

Dallas buyers check the feed before they call. Most of them find a profile that stopped posting in March.

Dallas Fort Worth runs on referral and reputation, and the feed is where that reputation gets verified. 7SEA runs social media management for Dallas brands and service businesses: content produced in-house, a calendar approved a month ahead, and comments and DMs answered daily in your voice.

In short

What is social media marketing in Dallas?

Social media marketing in Dallas is reputation work before it is reach work. In a metro built on referrals, relocations and service businesses, a prospect who was given your name looks up the profile before calling. The job is a current feed, a consistent calendar and answered messages, with LinkedIn carrying more weight here than in most US cities.

What makes DFW different from every other metro we work in

Dallas is a referral economy with a verification step. Business here moves through introductions, chambers, church networks and industry groups, and almost none of it closes without someone looking you up first. The feed is not the top of the funnel in this metro. It is the trust check in the middle of it, which is why an abandoned profile costs deals nobody ever reports as lost.

LinkedIn matters more here than most places. DFW holds one of the densest corporate headquarters clusters in the country, and a large share of local businesses sell to other businesses: logistics, construction, professional services, commercial trades. In most consumer metros LinkedIn is optional. In Dallas it is often the second platform, not the fifth.

Four cities, one metro, different audiences. Uptown and Deep Ellum behave like a consumer market with nightlife, food and lifestyle demand. Plano and Frisco are corporate, family and relocation driven. Fort Worth has its own identity entirely and resents being treated as a Dallas suburb. Arlington runs on events. A single DFW calendar that ignores this sounds generic to all four.

Where Dallas demand concentrates

  • Uptown and Victory Park

consumer, hospitality and higher ticket lifestyle brands

  • Deep Ellum

food, music and nightlife, the most content-native audience in the metro

  • Plano

corporate headquarters and family services, relocation driven

  • Frisco

new money, youth sports and fast-growing service businesses

  • Fort Worth

its own identity entirely, and it notices when content treats it as Dallas

  • Arlington

event-driven demand around the stadium district

  • Irving and Las Colinas

corporate, B2B and professional services, LinkedIn weighted

  • Addison

restaurants and small business density in a tight radius

Platforms

Platforms that matter in Dallas

We would rather run three accounts well than seven badly. Which three depends on your category and your city, not on which platforms are being talked about this year.

Platform Note Status
Instagram The default for consumer-facing Dallas brands. Reels for reach, grid for credibility, Stories for the day to day. Core
LinkedIn Unusually important in DFW because so much local business is B2B. Company page plus founder presence, which is where referrals actually happen. Core for B2B
Facebook Still alive in Dallas for home services, local groups and older demographics. Often worth keeping current even when it is not growing. As needed
TikTok Strong for Dallas food, fitness and nightlife brands. Needs its own tone, not an Instagram clip reposted. Category dependent
Pinterest Genuinely a search engine. Worth it for Dallas home, interiors, wedding and event brands, largely pointless outside them. Category dependent
YouTube Shorts Free extra distribution for vertical video you already made. Rarely worth producing for on its own. Repurposed

Questions

Social media questions.

If yours is not here, send it. We answer these on the first call anyway.

What does social media management cost in Dallas?

Retainers start at $1,000 a month, scoped after we review your accounts, your category and how much content already exists. You approve the number before anything starts, and the contract is rolling on 30 days.

Are you based in Dallas?

No. 7SEA is based in Los Angeles and works with Dallas Fort Worth businesses from there, including Rahr Brewing in Fort Worth and the Duke and Oliver Foundation. We are in the same time zone band, the calendar is approved monthly, and nothing about this work needs us in the room.

Does LinkedIn really matter for a Dallas business?

More than in most US metros. DFW has a dense corporate base and a large share of local companies sell to other companies, so LinkedIn is often the second platform rather than an afterthought. For consumer brands it stays optional.

Do we need to send you photos every week?

No, and that is why most social retainers collapse. We run a quarterly shoot and work from that plus your existing library, so the calendar never stalls waiting on your team.

How many followers will we gain?

We do not forecast follower counts and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. Followers are the easiest number to inflate and the least connected to revenue. We report saves, shares, profile visits and clicks to site instead.

Should Fort Worth content be different from Dallas content?

Usually yes. Fort Worth has its own identity and audiences there notice when a brand treats the city as a Dallas suburb. If you sell across the metro we plan the calendar so both sides see something made for them.

Can you run paid social as well?

Yes, as a separate service. Most Dallas clients start with one and add the other once the organic content has shown which hooks are worth putting budget behind.

Send us the profile. We will send back a month of posts.

A sample content plan built for your brand, with pillars, formats and a first calendar. Yours to keep whether or not you work with us.
