What we do
Clinic marketing, run as one program.
Clinics compete inside a few kilometres against directories and aggregators. The profile, the site and the reviews all feed the same local ranking, and patient data rules shape what the ads are allowed to do.
Google Business Profile and local search
Categories, services, practitioners, photos and review velocity. Practice profiles are also the most suspension-prone type, so the setup gets checked first.
Condition and treatment pages
A page per treatment and per area you draw from, written to a medical accuracy standard rather than padded for length.
Google Ads within health policy
Campaigns split by treatment value, with call tracking, built inside the rules on health targeting rather than around them.
Reviews and reputation
A steady review flow requested without touching patient details, plus responses that stay inside privacy rules.
Content reviewed for accuracy
Named authors, credentials and sources. Google holds health content to its highest bar and thin pages hold the whole site back.
Booking flow and call tracking
Most clinic sites lose the patient between interest and appointment. We test the booking path, the phone prompt and after-hours enquiries.
Fit
Whether this is worth a call.
Clinic marketing is constrained by rules most agencies learn the expensive way. Here is where we are useful and where we are not.
Good fit
Clinics like these
- Single-site clinics and medical centres taking new patients
- Multi-location groups needing a page and a profile per site, done consistently
- Clinics with a practitioner who will review content for accuracy
- Teams who answer the phone and follow up the same day
Not us
We would point you elsewhere
- Hospitals and large multi-specialty groups, which need a different kind of program
- Anyone who wants patient data used for ad targeting
- Anyone who wants a patient count guaranteed in the contract
- Clinics with no capacity for new patients this quarter
Questions
Before you write in.
If yours is not here, send it. We answer these on the first call anyway.
Have you worked with clinics before?
Not yet, and we would rather say so than invent a case study. We have six years of local search work for service businesses that live on the map pack, plus ad accounts in health categories where policy limits what can be said and targeted. That is the same problem set.
Can you retarget our patients?
Not on anything that identifies a patient or a condition. Health and patient data cannot be used for ad targeting, so remarketing is built on general site visitors and treatment interest only. Any agency offering more is putting the clinic at risk.
Why does our Google profile keep getting suspended?
Usually categories, address or practitioner listings rather than anything you did wrong. Clinics run dual listings for the practice and for individual practitioners, which is the most common trigger.
Who reviews the medical content?
You do. We write to the sources and flag anything that needs a clinician's sign-off before it publishes. We will not publish clinical claims on our own judgement.
How long before we rank locally?
Three to six months for most local terms, faster when the profile has obvious problems fixed early. Proximity is the strongest factor, so results are strongest near the clinic.
How do you track appointments booked by phone?
Call tracking numbers, set up before ads run. Most clinic enquiries are calls, so reporting that counts only web forms will make your best campaign look like your worst one.
Clinic marketing services
Send us the site and the treatments you want more of.
We will come back with what is holding the clinic back, in writing, before you spend anything. No deck and no sales rep.
