Fit
Whether this is worth a call.
Dental has more agencies selling patient counts than agencies building a practice. Here is where we are actually useful.
Good fit
Practices like these
- Single-location practices that want to stop paying for marketplace leads
- Multi-location groups that need a page and a profile per location, done consistently
- Practices pushing a high-value treatment: implants, aligners, cosmetic
- Teams with someone who answers the phone and follows up the same day
Not us
We would point you elsewhere
- Anyone who wants reviews bought, incentivised or filtered before they are posted
- Anyone who wants a number of new patients guaranteed in the contract
- Practices with no capacity to take on new patients this quarter
- Anyone who needs an agency with dental case studies already on the shelf, which we will not pretend to have
What we do
Dental marketing, run as one program.
Dental is a local business with a national level of competition for a handful of treatments. The profile, the site, the ads and the reviews all feed the same map ranking, so they get run together or not at all.
Google Business Profile and local search
The map pack decides most dental enquiries. Profile, categories, photos, services and proximity signals handled properly before anything else.
Dental SEO and treatment pages
A page per treatment and per area you actually draw from: implants, aligners, veneers, emergency, root canal. Not one services page listing all of them.
Google Ads for high-value treatments
Implants and aligners pay for a click that general cleaning never will. Campaigns split by treatment value, with call tracking from day one.
Meta Ads for cosmetic demand
Aligners, whitening and smile makeovers sell on before and after, which is exactly where health ad policy bites. Creative gets built inside those rules.
Reviews and reputation
A steady review flow from patients who were already happy, requested properly. No incentives, no gating, no bought reviews.
Website and booking flow
Most practice sites lose the patient between interest and appointment. We test the booking path, the phone prompt and what happens after hours.
Questions
Before you write in.
If yours is not here, send it. We answer these on the first call anyway.
Have you worked with dental practices before?
Not yet, and we would rather say so than invent a case study. What we do have is six years of local search work for service businesses that live on the map pack and the phone, plus ad accounts in health categories where policy limits what you can say. That is the same problem set.
How many new patients will we get?
No honest agency can tell you that before seeing your map rankings, your treatment mix and how your front desk handles a call. We can tell you what your current demand looks like and what a realistic first quarter is, in writing, before you spend anything.
Can you run retargeting on patients?
Not on anything that identifies a patient or a condition. Health and patient data cannot be used for ad targeting, so remarketing is built on general site visitors and treatment interest only. Any agency offering more than that is putting your practice at risk.
Why does our Google profile keep getting suspended?
Usually a category, address or practitioner-listing issue rather than anything you did wrong. Practices are one of the most suspension-prone profile types because of dual listings for the practice and the dentist. Fixing the setup is the first thing we look at.
How long before we rank in the map pack?
Three to six months for most local terms, faster if the profile has obvious problems that get fixed early. Proximity matters more than any other factor, so results are strongest in the areas closest to the practice and thin far outside it.
How do you track appointments that come by phone?
Call tracking numbers, set up before ads run. Most dental enquiries are calls, so reporting that counts only web form submissions will make your best campaign look like your worst one.
Dental marketing services
Send us the site and the treatments you want more of.
We will come back with what is holding the practice back, in writing, before you spend anything. No deck and no sales rep.
