View service ↗Not sure which
Start with the problem, not the service.
Most enquiries arrive asking for a service when the actual problem sits somewhere else. Find your sentence below and it will point you at the right starting point.
"Our store looks dated and nothing about it feels like the brand."
"We get traffic but almost nobody buys."
"Nobody agrees on what our numbers actually are."
"We need more orders this quarter, not next year."
"We are paying for clicks on terms we should rank for."
"We have thousands of past customers and never email them."
"Our profile is empty and people check it before they buy."
"We are moving off WooCommerce and terrified of losing rankings."
Combinations
How services usually stack.
These are not packages with a price on them. They are the three shapes most of our clients end up in, so you can see where a single service tends to lead.
Launching
Build it and measure it
A brand going live for the first time, or moving onto Shopify from somewhere else. The goal is a store that works and numbers you can trust from day one.
- Shopify development
- Analytics & tracking
- Klaviyo flows
Scaling
Buy traffic and convert it
The store works and there is budget to grow. Paid and conversion work run together, because more traffic to a leaking page just costs more.
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Conversion rate optimisation
Compounding
Stop renting all your traffic
For brands already spending well on ads who want a channel that does not switch off when the budget does. Slower, and it keeps working.
- SEO, AEO & GEO
- Klaviyo & email
- Social media
How we work
Four stages, whichever service you pick.
The work differs. The process does not. You approve each stage before the next one starts.
01
Audit
We go through the store, the ad account and the analytics before quoting anything.
02
Plan
A written scope with deliverables, timeline and one number. You approve it before work starts.
03
Build
Design first, then development on a staging theme. You review each piece as it lands.
04
Grow
After launch we run ads, email and SEO against agreed targets, reported monthly.
Questions
About working with us.
Can we start with one service and add more later?
That is what most clients do. Usually a build first, then one growth service after launch, then another once the first is working. There is no bundle you have to buy into.
Do we have to take the retainer after a build?
No. Plenty of clients take the build, get full handover and run it themselves or with their own team. Nothing in the build is set up to make leaving difficult.
How do you charge?
Builds are quoted flat after an audit, never hourly. Growth services are a flat monthly retainer, never a percentage of ad spend. Ad budget goes to the platform directly from your own billing.
Who owns the accounts and the work?
You do, on every service. The theme, the code, the ad accounts, the Klaviyo list, the analytics properties. Everything is set up in your name and handed over.
What if we need something not on this list?
Ask. If it is adjacent we may still do it. If it needs a specialist we do not have, we will say so and point you at someone rather than taking the work and learning on your budget.
Is the first audit really free?
Yes, on every service. You get the findings in writing whether or not you decide to work with us. It is also how we work out whether we are a good fit before either of us commits.
Not sure which one you need? Neither are we, yet.
Send the store URL and the problem in your own words. We will tell you which service actually solves it, including when the answer is none of them.
