Green on launch
Core Web Vitals
What we build
Six kinds of Shopify project.
Most brands come to us for one of these. If your situation is a mix, we scope it as one project rather than splitting it into retainers.
New build
Store from scratch
Brand new store for a launching D2C brand. Structure, design, build, apps and launch checklist.
Redesign
Existing store rebuild
Keep the catalogue and history, replace the theme and page structure with something that converts.
Migration
Move to Shopify
From WooCommerce, Wix, GoDaddy, Magento or BigCommerce. Products, customers, orders and redirects.
B2B
Wholesale & B2B
Company accounts, price lists, quantity rules and gated catalogues on Shopify B2B or Plus.
Custom
Sections & features
Custom theme sections, metaobject-driven content, bundles, configurators and swatch systems.
Speed
Performance work
App cleanup, image and script work, and theme surgery to pull Core Web Vitals back into green.

Everything in the scope, written down.

Process

You approve each stage before the next one starts, so nothing gets built on top of a decision you did not sign off.

Questions
Shopify build questions.
How long does a Shopify build take?
Two to three weeks for most stores, from kickoff to launch. Large catalogues, B2B setups and multi-market stores take longer, and we say so in the scope before you sign.
Can you migrate my store to Shopify?
Yes. We handle migrations from WooCommerce, Wix, GoDaddy, Magento and BigCommerce, including products, customers, order history and a full 301 redirect map so you do not lose rankings.
Do I own the theme afterwards?
Yes. The theme, the code and the store are yours. We hand over full admin access and a walkthrough so your team can edit sections without coming back to us.
Do you work with Shopify Plus?
Yes, including B2B on Plus, Markets for multi-currency selling, and Shopify Flow for automation. Those projects are quoted per scope rather than from a starting price.
Send us the store. We will tell you what to fix first.
Share the URL and what you want it to do. You get an honest read on the build, and a fixed quote if it makes sense to work together.
