How quickly do you reply?
Within one working day for enquiries sent Monday to Friday. Anything sent over the weekend gets picked up Monday morning India time, which is Sunday evening on the US west coast.
Do you charge for the first call or the audit?
No. The first call, the store review and the written findings are free. We only quote once we understand the work well enough to put a fixed number on it.
Can we work together across timezones?
Most of our clients are in the US, UK, EU or Australia, so this is the normal case rather than the exception. We keep overlapping hours from our Delhi and Los Angeles offices and reply the same working day.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, happily, before you share anything sensitive. Send yours or ask for ours.
Are you hiring?
Occasionally. Open roles are listed on the careers page, and we would rather see examples of your work than a CV.
