Who we are
An ecommerce growth agency that has shipped D2C stores across five markets.
Started in New Delhi in 2020 as a two-person shop. Today we build and run stores for brands in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and India, with a second office in Los Angeles to keep client hours overlapping. Most clients come to us for the build and stay for the growth work: the ads, the email and the SEO that turn a good store into a business.

Services
Everything a store needs to grow, under one roof.
Each service has its own page with the scope, the process and the work we have shipped in it. Take one, or take the full stack.
Shopify website design & development
Custom themes, headless builds and migrations from WooCommerce, Wix and GoDaddy. Shopify Plus development for brands that have outgrown the standard plan.
Google Ads management
Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Merchant Center, managed by a certified Google Partner. Full PPC management from feed setup to monthly reporting.
Facebook & Meta Ads management
Creative testing and scaling across Facebook and Instagram. Prospecting, retargeting and retention built as three separate layers, not one campaign.
Ecommerce SEO
Technical fixes, content and AI search optimization that bring in traffic you do not pay for. Shopify SEO with a five-layer audit before anything gets changed.
Conversion rate optimization
Product page and checkout work backed by session recordings and test data. Shopify conversion rate optimization that starts where your funnel actually leaks.
Email marketing & Klaviyo
Flows, campaigns and segmentation that earn repeat orders. Klaviyo agency work from the welcome series to win-back, plus deliverability.
Social media marketing
Content calendars, creative and community management for D2C brands. Social media management that is honest about what it does and does not move.
Analytics & tracking
GA4, Google Tag Manager setup, Meta CAPI and server-side tracking, with monthly reporting you can actually read.
Why 7SEA
Four things we do differently, on purpose.
None of these are unusual on their own. Together they are why clients stay past the first project.
Fixed price, written down
Every build is quoted flat after we have seen the store. The number in the scope is the number on the invoice. Scope changes get a new line, not a surprise.
You own everything
Theme code, ad accounts, Klaviyo, GA4 and Tag Manager all live in your accounts from day one. If we part ways, there is nothing to hand over.
You talk to the builders
No account managers relaying messages. The person who designed your product page is the person on the call when you want it changed.
We say no
If a service will not move your numbers, we tell you before you pay for it. We have turned down ad management for stores that needed a rebuild first.
Selected work
Recent builds and growth programs.

Leather Footwear
Flying Hawk
Handcrafted leather footwear brand. Shopify rebuild plus an ongoing SEO program.
View WebsiteThey rebuilt the store in five weeks and it was the first time the site actually looked like the brand we had in our heads. Nothing slipped, and nothing turned into an extra invoice.

How we work
Four stages from build to growth, no surprises.
Nothing starts until the scope and the price are written down and approved.
01
Audit
We go through the store, the ad account and the analytics before quoting anything.
02
Plan
A written scope with deliverables, timeline and a fixed price. You approve it before work starts.
03
Build
Design first, then development on a staging theme. You review each page as it lands.
04
Grow
After launch we run ads, email and SEO against agreed targets, reported monthly.
Questions
Answers before you get on a call.
How long does a Shopify build take?
Most builds run four to six weeks from kickoff to launch. That covers design, development on a staging theme, content migration and QA. Larger catalogs, B2B setups with customer-specific pricing, and stores with custom apps take longer, and we say exactly how much longer in the written scope before you approve it.
Do you work with brands outside India?
Yes. Most of our clients are US, UK, EU and Australian D2C brands. We keep overlapping working hours from our New Delhi and Los Angeles offices, so a founder in California or London gets replies during their own day, not the next morning. All contracts, invoicing and calls are in English.
Do you manage the store after launch?
If you want us to. Google Ads, Meta Ads, email, SEO and CRO each run as a monthly retainer, priced separately from the build. You can start with one and add others later. There is no bundle you have to buy, and no minimum term beyond the first month.
What does a project cost?
Builds are quoted flat, not hourly, after we have seen the store and the brief. Retainers are priced by scope once the audit is done, so you know what the monthly number covers. We do not charge a percentage of ad spend or revenue, and we do not quote before looking at the store.
Do you only work with Shopify stores?
For builds, yes. We are a Shopify Partner agency and do not take WooCommerce, Magento or custom-platform builds, because we would be slower and worse at them. For ads, SEO, email and analytics we work with any store, and we regularly manage accounts for brands that built elsewhere.
Who owns the work?
You do. Theme code sits in your Shopify store, ad accounts stay in your Business Manager and Google Ads, Klaviyo and GA4 are yours from day one. We work inside your accounts as staff or partner access. If we part ways, you remove our access and nothing needs to be handed over.
