What we do
Pet marketing, run as one program.
Pet buyers are loyal once they trust you and impossible to reach before that. The store, the content, the ads and the email have to tell the same story, which is hard when four vendors own four pieces of it.
Shopify design and development
Stores built for a category where buyers read every review and every ingredient list before they trust you with their dog.
Pet product SEO
Breed, size and problem-led pages that catch the search before it turns into an Amazon search.
Meta Ads and creative
Pet is one of the few categories where real customer footage outperforms studio work. Campaigns get built around that.
Google Ads and Shopping
Feed cleaned first, then Shopping and Performance Max, so spend goes to the products that actually convert.
Klaviyo email and retention
Replacement reminders, subscription prompts and flows written for people who buy the same thing every few weeks.
CRO and product pages
Reviews, sizing, durability proof and bundle offers tested on the pages where the sale is won or lost.
Pet work
Pet businesses we already work with.
Direct to consumer, wholesale, and a dog rescue nonprofit. Happy to put you on a call with any of them before you decide anything.
RAHRDOG
US indestructible dog ball brand. Product page rebuild took conversion from 0.58 percent to 4.76 percent, with Klaviyo flows and the Meta and Google accounts run alongside.
rahrdog.com
Pup Party Hats
US wholesale pet accessories brand. Migrated off GoDaddy onto Shopify with a catalog and checkout built for B2B ordering.
puppartyhats.com
KittyRing
US personalized cat jewelry brand. Rings, necklaces and keepsakes engraved from a customer photo, sold direct to cat owners from $79.
kittyring.com
Pet Serene
US orthopedic dog bed brand. Catalog structure, product templates and reviews rebuilt, with email flows running behind the store rather than bolted on later.
The Duke and Oliver Foundation
Dog rescue nonprofit in Dallas Fort Worth. Full Shopify rebuild covering adoptions, donations and the store that funds them.
dukeandoliver.orgFit
Whether this is worth a call.
Pet is crowded and margin-thin at the bottom. We are useful to brands with a product worth repeating, less useful to everyone else.
Good fit
Brands like these
- Pet product brands selling direct: toys, beds, accessories, food, grooming, supplements
- Wholesale and B2B pet suppliers who need a real ordering experience
- Brands with a product people buy again, where retention pays for the ads
- Founders who can get customer photos and videos of real pets
Not us
We would point you elsewhere
- Sellers who only want Amazon and have no intention of building a store
- Veterinary prescription products
- Anyone who wants medical claims made about a supplement
- Anyone asking for guaranteed sales in the first month
Questions
Before you write in.
If yours is not here, send it. We answer these on the first call anyway.
How do we compete with Chewy and Amazon?
Not on price or delivery speed. On the searches they answer badly: specific breeds, specific problems, specific sizes. A brand with fifty well-built pages on its own products will beat a marketplace listing for those, and the customer arrives already sold.
Do you make the ad creative too?
Yes. In pet, footage of real animals from real customers outperforms polished studio work almost every time, so the job is usually collecting and editing what your buyers already send you rather than shooting something new.
Should we sell on Amazon as well?
Usually yes, but not first. Amazon gives you volume and takes the customer relationship. The store is where email, subscriptions and repeat orders live. We would rather fix the store, then let Amazon run alongside it.
Can we run ads for pet supplements?
Yes, with the same care as any health product. No disease or cure claims, no before-and-after imagery that implies treatment. We write to what the product supports rather than what it fixes, which keeps the ad account alive.
How long before SEO does anything?
Three to six months for most product and problem terms. Pet is competitive but the long tail is wide, so early wins usually come from breed and use-case pages rather than category head terms.
Do you work with wholesale pet brands too?
Yes. B2B ordering needs different pricing logic, minimums and account handling than a normal store, and we have built that. It is a different build, not a discounted version of the retail one.
Pet brand marketing services
Send us the store and the product you need moving.
We will come back with what is costing you orders, in writing, before you spend anything. No deck and no sales rep.
