What we build

Six kinds of Shopify project we build in London.

Most London brands come to us for one of these. If your situation is a mix, we scope it as one project rather than splitting it into retainers.

New build

Store from scratch

A brand new Shopify store for a launching London D2C brand. Structure, design, build, apps and a launch checklist.

Redesign

Existing store rebuild

Keep the catalogue and history, replace the theme and page structure with a Shopify store built to convert.

Migration

Move to Shopify

Shopify migration from WooCommerce, Wix, GoDaddy, Magento or BigCommerce. Products, customers, orders and redirects.

B2B

Wholesale & B2B

Company accounts, price lists, quantity rules and gated catalogues on Shopify B2B or Shopify Plus.

Custom

Sections & features

Custom Shopify theme sections, metaobject-driven content, bundles, configurators and swatch systems.

Speed

Performance work

App cleanup, image and script work, and theme surgery to pull Core Web Vitals back into green.

Why London brands work with us

Built for the way UK brands actually sell.

We have UK clients on the books already, in D2C and in sportswear. Here is what that means for how we build.

We already work with UK brands

Under The Bar is a UK goalkeeper brand we handle catalogue, paid social and UK compliance work for, and Laptop Bag Lounge is a UK store we built from scratch. Britain is not a new market for us.

VAT and UK compliance handled

UK VAT rules, returns and cancellation rights, and the trading information a UK store is required to show. We have done the compliance pass on a UK store before, so it gets built in rather than flagged by someone else after launch.

Selling into the EU as well as the UK

Post-Brexit, selling both sides of the Channel means separate pricing, tax and shipping rules. We set up Shopify Markets, multi-currency and language switching for a German spirits brand and an EU label selling in four countries.

Our Delhi office overlaps your morning

New Delhi runs about five hours ahead of London, so by the time you start we are already working. Reviews and approvals get answered inside your day rather than the next one.

What is included

Everything in the scope, written down.

No line item appears halfway through the project as an extra. If it is not on this list and you need it, we quote it before we build it.

Process

Six stages from kickoff to launch.

You approve each stage before the next one starts, so nothing gets built on top of a decision you did not sign off.

01

Discovery

Catalogue, customers, competitors and the current store. We come back with what is worth changing.

Week 1

02

Structure

Sitemap, page-by-page wireframes and the section list for every template.

Week 1

03

Design

Desktop and mobile designs for home, collection, product, cart and content pages.

Week 2 to 3

04

Build

Development on a staging theme. You review each template as it goes live on staging.

Cross-browser testing, speed pass, redirects, tracking, then we publish.

Client reviews

What clients say after launch.

The first one is a UK client. Ask and we will connect you with any of them directly.

★★★★★

I was learning ecommerce from a course and had no idea what to ask for. They walked me through each decision rather than just building what I said, which saved me from a few bad calls.

Straightforward to work with across a nine and a half hour time difference, which I did not expect. Replies came the same working day, every time.

B2B on Shopify is not simple and most agencies we spoke to did not really understand price lists or company accounts. This team did, and they said upfront what they would not attempt.

We came from GoDaddy with a messy catalog and were dreading the move. Everything came across, the redirects held, and we did not lose a single wholesale account in the switch.

The redesign and the brand identity came out of the same team, so nothing felt bolted on. Ads started a month later and we were already set up to measure them properly.

Klaviyo flows we had ignored for a year got rebuilt in a fortnight. Repeat orders are now a line on the report we actually look at.

As a nonprofit our budget was fixed and we said so. They scoped to it instead of quoting up, and the donation flow works on a phone, which was the whole point.

Questions

Shopify development in London, answered.

Do you work with Shopify brands based in London?

Yes. We already work with UK clients, including Under The Bar, a goalkeeper brand, and Laptop Bag Lounge. Our offices are in New Delhi and Los Angeles rather than London, so there is no walk-in address here, but New Delhi is about five hours ahead of you, so your morning is already our working day.

How long does a Shopify build take?

Two to three weeks for most stores, from kickoff to launch. Large catalogues, B2B setups and multi-market stores take longer, and we say so in the scope before you sign.

How much does a Shopify build cost?

Every quote is flat and fixed to the scope, so there is no hourly billing to watch. Share your store or brief and we send one number with the scope attached before anything starts.

Can you migrate my store to Shopify?

Yes. We handle Shopify migrations from WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, Magento and BigCommerce, including products, customers, order history and a full 301 redirect map so your London search rankings hold through the move.

Can you set up VAT, UK shipping and selling into the EU?

Yes. UK VAT and tax rules, domestic and international shipping rates, and Shopify Markets for selling into the EU with separate currencies and pricing. We have shipped multi-market stores for brands in Germany and across the EU.

Do you work with Shopify Plus?

Yes, including B2B on Plus, Markets for multi-currency selling and Shopify Flow for automation. Those projects are quoted per scope rather than from a starting price.

Do I own the theme afterwards?

Yes. The theme, the code and the store are yours. We hand over full admin access and a walkthrough so your team can edit sections without coming back to us.

Which London areas do you serve?

Shoreditch, Soho, Camden, Hackney, Clerkenwell, Islington, Kensington and Canary Wharf, plus the wider M25 and remote clients across the UK.
