What you'll do
Edit short-form video ads, organic Reels/TikToks, client testimonials, and brand storytelling content. Work directly with the creative and performance teams.
What we need
Proficiency in Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut. Understanding of direct-response creative. Portfolio of ad or social video work. Fast turnaround mindset.
Performance Marketing Manager
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok — driving ROAS, lowering CAC, and scaling ad spend profitably.
What you'll do
Manage multi-platform ad accounts, build campaign structures, run A/B tests, analyze performance data, and present insights to clients in fortnightly reviews.
What we need
2+ years running Meta/Google Ads. Experience with Pixel, CAPI, GA4. Strong understanding of funnel strategy, attribution, and creative testing frameworks.
Social Media Manager
Own the organic social presence for multiple brands — content calendars, Reels strategy, community management, and growth reporting.
What you'll do
Create content calendars, write captions, plan Reels/Stories, engage communities, moderate comments, and deliver weekly performance reports to clients.
What we need
Experience managing Instagram/TikTok/LinkedIn accounts. Strong copywriting. Understanding of platform algorithms. Bonus: Canva/Figma skills for quick graphics.
Web Developer
Build fast, conversion-optimized websites and landing pages on WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow — with pixel tracking, speed optimization, and CRO baked in.
What you'll do
Design and develop client websites, set up analytics/pixel tracking, optimize page speed, build landing pages for ad campaigns, and integrate third-party tools.
What we need
Strong WordPress/Elementor skills. Shopify or Webflow experience. HTML/CSS/JS proficiency. Understanding of CRO principles. GA4/GTM setup knowledge.
AI and Automation Specialist

Design AI agents and automation workflows for content generation, lead scoring, reporting, client onboarding, and campaign optimization. Build internal tools.
